Job Responsibilities
In addition to the main duties, this role may involve various supportive functions. These tasks can include:
- Handling snagging and de-snagging responsibilities.
- Supporting other department team members with electrical needs.
- Ensuring the execution of an effective preventive maintenance program for equipment and machinery.
Physical Requirements
To perform these tasks, candidates should have experience using basic hand and power tools. Physical capabilities like stooping, kneeling, lifting weights up to 80 lbs., climbing ladders up to 40 feet high, and reaching in all directions, including overhead, are required.
Other Duties
Understanding and embracing Accor's Mission, Vision & Values is crucial. Demonstrating knowledge of service standards and maintaining regular attendance as per company standards are essential for this role.
Given the nature of the hospitality industry, flexibility in working hours based on the hotel's business needs may be necessary.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job:
- Responding to and managing guest repair requests.
- Proficiency in operating advanced electrical systems.
- Effective communication skills to assist and understand different people.
- Prioritizing and organizing work assignments.
- Performing maintenance activities in guest rooms and public areas.
- Troubleshooting and basic repairs of electrical equipment.
- Understanding and interpreting readings from meters and gauges.
- Following safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Education and Experience
Candidates should have a combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation. Basic experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical certifications, is preferred. First Aid Training is also advantageous.
